How To Cure Hair Fall Or Baldness

Now a days, when most of us walk out of the shower, the drain is always clogging and when we comb our hair we lose a large number of hair and we don't even know what to do about it or what is the reason. In earlier days, hair fall was a sign of aging, but today we no longer
count by age but rather count by so very many other reasons. No matter what the cause of hair fall, its always painful. Recently, Lady Gaga feared she was losing more hair so she joined the list of other celebrities to use anti-baldness cream. It's better to use natural products to stop hair fall than to go for further chemicals. Hair is important to all of us because hairstyle is what makes one stand out.

FEW CAUSES :-
  • heredity
  • stress
  • lack of proper nutritive diet
  • chemicals
  • pollution
  • prolonged illness
  • hormonal changes

POINT'S TO KEEP IN MIND :-

  • Get a oil massage as frequently as you can.
  • Be gentle with your hair, avoid rubbing your hair dry and also don't comb through wet hair.
  • Do not use hot water to rinse your hair.
  • Have a proteins, vitamins, iron rich healthy diet.
  • Drink a lot of water and stay hydrated.
  • Keep the scalp clean and as far as possible away from chemicals.
  • Trim your hair regularly to avoid the trouble of split ends.

HOMEMADE OIL FOR HAIR LOSS :-

                 Approx 100 fresh curry leaves
                 Approx 50 fresh basil leaves
Approx 25 fresh liquorice leaves or 2 tbsp powder
                 Approx 10 fresh hibiscus flowers
                 2 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
                 150 ml coconut oil

FIRST METHOD -

--> If you are using fresh herbs then grind them or crush them.
--> Keep coconut oil on low flame, slowly add the herb paste to it.
--> Regularly stir it, till herb paste color changes from green to brown.
--> Let it cool down then filter it by using filter cloth.
--> Keep this oil in air tight container.

SECOND METHOD -

--> If you are using powder form of herbs
--> Take 2 glass of water in a container add these herbs to it.
--> Keep it on low flame gas, warm it till it reduces to 1 glass water.
--> Filter it, let it cool down.
--> When it cools down add olive oil to it.
--> Put it on low flame boil it but don't forget to stir regularly.
--> Boil it till all water evaporates.
--> Let it cool down, then filter by using filter cloth.
        --> Keep it a air-tight container.

Get a head massage with this oil at least once a week.

  9. Doctor I have a question. Does shaving hair off completely and growing it back again really help us to have thick and healthy hair again? Please share your knowledge with me! Thank you! <3 <3

    1. Yes that's true shaving your head improves hair texture and thickness. But after you do that you need to have head massage with a oil which I have already explained in my post about Oil to Speed up Hair Growth on a regular base.

  43. I'm taking yeast plant, it's totally natural and helps with hair fall a lot. This is what I used. And I still take it because it makes your hair grows quicker and more beautiful, same for your nail.
Yeast plant is also great for focusing, and to be more energic as well.
