MINT PLANT (pudina)

                                                Mint plant belong to genus Mentha. In India it's also known as pudina
and pudinhara. This plant is popular for its distinct and refreshing aroma. Mint or pudinhara has been known as a medicinal plant from last so many centuries. Different parts of this plant played important roles in various treatments from a long time. The leaves are known to be extremely popular in skin treatment.
                                                                                     This plant is also known for its cooling property and which makes best for summers. It's also use in different kind of food articles in India i.e like pudina chutney.

USE OF MINT PLANT IN DIFFERENT MASKS :-

1) FOR ACNE -

                     1/4th tbsp of mint (pudina) leaves paste
                     1/2 tbsp of orange juice
                     2 drops of almond oil
                     1 tbsp red lentil (masoor dal) powder
                     Rose water

  • Mix all the above contents in a bowl.
  • Add rose water accordingly to make a thin paste of it.
  • Apply this mask evenly on your face.
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 min 
  • Rinse it with water.


2) FOR DARK SPOTS -

                     1/4th tbsp mint (pudina) leaves paste
                     2 drops lemon juice
                     2 drops almond oil
                     1 tbsp red lentil (masoor dal)
                     Rose water

  • Take all the above ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add rose water to make a thin paste.
  • Mix it thoroughly.
  • Apply this mask evenly on your face.
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it with water.


3) NATURAL MOISTURIZER - 

                       1 tbsp full of mint leaves paste
                       1/2 tbsp of honey

  • Mix both of them thoroughly 
  • Apply this mask evenly on your face and neck.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse it with water.
  • It moisturize dry skin
