Now a days modern life has brought us a lot of conveniences and comforts. But at the
same time, we are losing out on many things that are precious to us, and one such thing is our Hair.
Hair oils are food for our hair, which ensures healthy hair. Losing hair is natural and could be hereditary too, but this process accelerates when you add in the stress. Using hair oil or not, is a personal choice. However, there are many benefits of using hair oil i.e it treats the scalp and the hair itself. The only solution to this is to bring a balance to the ratio of hair fall and growth of fresh hair. For this we have to return to our roots, authentic Ayurveda.
