Homemade Hair Oil

                  Now a days modern life has brought us a lot of conveniences and comforts. But at the
same time, we are losing out on many things that are precious to us, and one such thing is our Hair.
Hair oils are food for our hair, which ensures healthy hair. Losing hair is natural and could be hereditary too, but this process accelerates when you add in the stress. Using hair oil or not, is a personal choice. However, there are many benefits of using hair oil i.e it treats the scalp and the hair itself. The only solution to this is to bring a balance to the ratio of hair fall and growth of fresh hair. For this we have to return to our roots, authentic Ayurveda.

                Approx 100 green curry leaves
                Approx 50 leaves Basil leaves
                2 fruits or 2 tbsp of Indian gooseberry powder
                Approx 50 green leaves or 2 tbsp eclipta alba powder
                150 ml olive oil

        -->If you are using green herb leaves, then the first thing you need to do is crush them or grind them to a paste.
       --> Put olive oil container on low flame gas, when it's warm add slowly the herbs paste to it.
       --> Stir it regularly, till the paste color changes to dark brown.
       --> Let it cool down, then filter it by using filter cloth.
       --> Keep it a air-tight container.

        --> If you are using powder form of herbs
        --> Take 2 glass of water in a container add these herbs to it.
        --> Keep it on low flame gas, warm it till it reduces to 1 glass water.
        --> Filter it, let it cool down.
        --> When it cools down add olive oil to it.
        --> Put it on low flame boil it but don't forget to stir regularly.
        --> Boil it till all water evaporates.
        --> Let it cool down, then filter by using filter cloth.
        --> Keep it a air-tight container.

                  Get hair oil massage at least once a week. It will help to improve your hair growth.
