DO'S AND DO NOT'S :-

  • Get oil message once or twice a week.

  • When ever you wash your hair be gentle don't rub them too harshly or tangle them.
  • If you feel something itchy and flaky scalp, wash your hair more often.
  • As long as you can, dry your hair in natural way.
  • Comb your hair only when they are dry.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE HAIR OIL -

                     Approx 100 fresh curry leaves
                     Approx 50 fresh basil leaves
2 fresh fruits or 2 tbsp of Indian gooseberry
Approx 50 fresh leaves or 2 tbsp of Eclipta alba

--> If you are using fresh herbs then grind them or crush them.

  2. These are some very useful tips. I agree that hair oil is a must if you want lovely healthy hair. I have started using hair oil in the past few months aswell as leaving my hair natural without any heat what so ever and doing this has left my hair in a much better condition. It has also grown considerably since Christmas!
