ACNE ( pimples )

                          It is the most common skin disorder affecting many teenagers and few in later years too. It is not dangerous and can be treated with proper care. Usually acne leave skin scars if pressed. Each hair follicle contains a tiny hair and sebaceous gland. The sebaceous gland is made up of multiple lobes and it produces sebum. Sebum is an oily substance. These sebum travels to the hair follicle and then comes out to the skin. 


    These sebaceous follicles are blocked and inflamed in acne. Acne usually develops on those areas
of  the skin where the number of sebaceous glands is more. Usually acne appears on face, chest and back. Acne is common at puberty. By pricking and pressing, we increase the chances of infection and later on, of dark spots.
  
                                  Usually people with oily skin faces acne problem more frequently. As there is no sure way to prevent acne, but trying these tips can help reduce them:
  
  • Wash your face at least thrice a day
  • Wash your face when ever u come from outside
  • After exercise, before going to bed  
                                            It helps in removing excess skin surface oil. Here are some fantastic ways of escaping the " Acne Problem".

1) AYURVEDIC  MASK FOR ACNE :-

 INGREDIENTS :-
  • Indian Madder ( manjistha) powder    --   10 gms
  • Barberry ( daruhaldi) powder               --   10 gms
  • Orange peel powder                                --   10 gms
  • Lemon peel powder                                 --   10 gms
  • Fullers earth ( multani mitti)                 --   40 gms

 PROCEDURE :-
  1. Add all the above ingredients 
  2. Mix them properly and keep this mixture in a bottle 
  3. Take 1 tablespoon of this powder in a bowl
  4. Now to make a thin paste of it add rose water to it
  5. Mix it thoroughly
  6. Apply it evenly on your face 
  7. Keep it for 15 minutes
  8. Rinse it with water
  9. For better result use it every day


2) AYURVEDIC MASK FOR DARK SPOTS( post acne) :-  
        
INGREDIENTS :-
  • Nutmeg ( jayaphala) powder         --   10 gms
  • Orange peel powder                        --   10 gms
  • Lemon peel powder                        --   10 gms
  • Red lentil (masoor dal) powder     --   20 gms
  • Mustard oil                                       --    5 drops    

 PROCEDURE :-
  1. Add nutmeg, orange, lemon and red lentil powder
  2. Mix them properly and keep this mixture in a bottle 
  3. Take 1 tablespoon of this powder in a bowl
  4. Add mustard oil to it. 
  5. Now to make a thin paste of it add rose water to it
  6. Mix it thoroughly
  7. Apply it evenly on your face 
  8. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes
  9. Rinse it with water
  10. For better results use it every day
                     As I always say, use face masks or scrubs in evening so that sun rays wont damage your skin.



   3)  HOME MADE SCRUB FOR DARK SPOTS :- 

INGREDIENTS :-
  • 4 drops almond oil
  • 4 drops dry dates oil
  • 1 tablespoon orange powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon fullers earth
             
PROCEDURE :-
  1. Add all these ingredients in a bowl
  2. Now to make a thin paste of it add water to it
  3. Mix it thoroughly
  4. Apply it evenly on your face 
  5. Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes
  6. Then wet your hand and massage in circular motion for 2 minutes
  7. Rinse it with water

One thing I would fault you on is maybe the format and the background.
