COFFEE BEANS

                          Coffee seeds grows inside the coffee berries, are produced by several species of a small evergreen bush of genus Coffea. Once the coffee berries are ripe they are picked up, after which they are processed and dried. A coffee bean which is actually a seed till the beans are not roasted they can be
use to grow coffee bush.
                    
                                                  Roasting transform green coffee seeds into the aromatic brown seeds that we purchase from shops. This roasting temperature varies according to the desired flavor, before being ground and brewed to create coffee. The more fine coffee beans are ground the better they taste. It is one of the most consumed drinks in the world.



  PROPERTIES :-

  • On daily basis consumption of coffee may helps to reduce one's risk of having diabetes mellitus up-to some extent.
  • It is a powerful stimulant and it is sometime considered as a laxative which can help in constipation.
  • Green Coffee seeds  have a high level of antioxidants  which helps in recovering damages done by free radicals.
  • It also helps to control blood sugar level in the body.
  • It helps to burn excess calories and fat of body.
  • Green coffee seeds helps to maintain levels of LDL cholesterol.
  • Coffee contains caffeine which boost up the body energy level
  • It helps greatly in removal of acne and blemishes

    USE OF COFFEE IN DIFFERENT MASKS :-

1) FOR DARK CIRCLES -
           
                                            1/2th tablespoon coffee powder
                                            5 drops of sweet lemon oil
                                            1/2th tablespoon gram flour
                                            Rose water


  • Mix all the above ingredients together
  • Add rose water to make a thin paste of it 
  • Apply this mask evenly on your face 
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 min
  • Wet your hands then close your eyes and gently massage the area around the eyes anti-clockwise.
  • Then rinse it with water  

          
 2)  FOR SMOOTH AND YOUNGER LOOK -

                        1/2th tbsp coffee powder  
                        1/4th tbsp liquorice (mulethi) powder
                        5 drops of honey
                        1/2 th tbsp red lentil (masoor dal)
                        Aloe Vera juice


  • Mix all the above ingredients together
  • Add aloe vera juice to make a thin paste of it
  • Apply this mask evenly on your face  
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 min
  • Rinse it with lukewarm water      

          
 3) FOR ANTI-GRAYING AND HAIR CONDITIONER  -

                                        1 tablespoon coffee
                                        4 to 5 petals of Basil (tulsi)
                                        4 to 5 leaves of Indian lilac (neem)

  • Take 2 cups of water in a container 
  • Add all the above contents to it and boil it
  • Filter this, wait till it cool down
  • Wash your hair with this 

                                                                   
4)  FOR ACNE AND DARK SPOTS -

                                    1/2th tablespoon coffee powder  
                                     2 to 3 saffron petals
                                     5 drops of honey    
                                     1/2 th tbsp red lentil (masoor dal) powder
                                     Aloe Vera juice


  • Mix all the above ingredients together
  • Add aloe vera juice to make a thin paste of it
  • Apply this mask evenly on your face  
  • Leave it for 10 to 15 min
  • Rinse it with lukewarm water
